home > trusted treks

In this section, we provide links and/or maps to training walks and other "trusted treks" from the archives. All of these walks have been used in training by previous and current 3-Day and Avon Walkers. In most cases, they also have mileage information and other key facts.

Want to add one of your favorite walks? Send us the info and we'll get it posted. Please include: start location, mileage markers, terrain notes (flat? hills? city streets? trails?), any known rest room facilities en route, etc.
